This is the Privacy Policy for Doxa Connect, operated by
Pixxnow Ltd (trading as Pixreview and doxa.co), a company registered in Ireland and
contactable at privacy@doxatech.ie.
Doxa Connect is an automotive CRM extension that helps car dealerships
re-engage previous buyers via WhatsApp and provide automated vehicle
valuation experiences.
We collect dealership user accounts (name, email, role), customer data
provided by dealerships (name, phone number, vehicle registration and
history), WhatsApp messaging data sent through the WhatsApp Business API,
vehicle valuation submissions, and technical logs. This data is used to
provide the service, send permitted WhatsApp communications on behalf of
dealerships, authenticate users, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the dealership that
owns the customer relationship and with service providers required to
operate the App (including Meta for the WhatsApp Business API, our hosting
and database provider, and our transactional email provider).
Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal
data, and object to processing. Personally identifiable information is
anonymised after 6 months of inactivity. To exercise your rights or request
